ABOUT FAMILY PLUS

Care that feels like family.

Family Plus Home Care is a locally owned home and community-based services provider serving the Greater Baton Rouge area. We help older adults and people with disabilities live safely and comfortably in the place they know best: home.

We believe good care starts with knowing the person. That means listening first, matching each client with a caregiver who fits their needs and personality, and building a plan of care around their routines, preferences, and goals. Our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and supported, so families can count on consistent, dependable help.

Whether you need a few hours of support each week or daily assistance, we treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect, the way we would want our own family treated.

OUR MISSION

Family Plus Home Care is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and adults with complex health or cognitive needs by providing reliable, person-centered home and community-based services. We partner with families, healthcare providers and community advocates to deliver compassionate support that promotes independence, safety and emotional well-being.

OUR VISION

To build a compassionate, inclusive community where every individual, regardless of age, ability or diagnosis, can live safely, independently and with dignity in their own home. We envision a future where high-quality, trustworthy home and community-based care is accessible to all, empowering families, strengthening neighborhoods and reducing institutional dependency.
